message from the CEO of Action Training Systems
Action Training Systems
has come a long way in the past 19 years; many wonder how and
why we remain so successful, but to me it’s clear: Our success
is a direct result of the close relationship we share with the
fire service community.
Our training consultants
regularly talk with and listen to the trainers who utilize our
materials in the classroom. Their feedback helps to shape and
define the scope of our future product development.
Working with content
experts and NFPA committee members, we continually review and
revise our programs to ensure they meet current NFPA standards.
This is reflected in new products such as our upcoming
Essentials of Fire Fighting 1001-2008 series.
We understand that the
training needs of the fire service are ever changing and
evolving. It’s our mission to recognize this and develop
meaningful programs that address those needs. Technological
advances have enhanced our ability to do just that.
The Essentials series,
like many of our other programs, is delivered on the Iluminar
Learning Management System. These programs enable instructors
to cost effectively deliver instructionally sound materials to
their students as well as document the learning process.
It’s no mystery why
departments who use our products consistently show positive
improvement to their training programs.
We look forward to many
more years of successfully identifying and meeting your training
needs so that our communities continue to be a safe place to
live.
