Present a Simulation Easily
on your
Network

StageIT can be
easily Networked on your own local area network without the use
of any special servers or remote off-site servers. You can even
network between two computers on a wireless connection.
The Remote
Groups window above shows the instructor view in a networked
presentation. The instructor sees a thumbnail view of what each
student screen shows.
In the Organizer window, shown on the right, the
instructor can Click-and-go on any stage to instantly change the
networked student views. Views can change in reaction to student
responses or multiple stages can be played in a pre-timed order.
The following steps are used to present over a network:
§ Start the
server (which can be the Instructor's machine).
§
Instructor adds or
removes groups
§
Students connect to the server
by computer name.
§
Instructor adds
students to a group
§ Instructor assigns stages to groups.
§
Instructor plays the
stage in each group.
